A formidable Web3 native studio founded in February 2021 by filmmaker Jordan Bayne, The Squad is the original Web3 media collective producing content on Web3 x film and the originators of the Film3 movement. In the past 3 years we have created culture by producing live and digital experiences, original content, and lifestyle products. We are a mission driven brand.

Our mission is to empower creators by revolutionizing the entertainment industry proving the Film3 business model through ownership, utility, financing, production and distribution.

Our Squad includes Academy Award and Emmy winners, Sundance winners, Goya nominees, writers, directors, producers, actors, VFX artists, AI pioneers, designers, thought leaders and culture creators collaborating to manifest a better future for filmmakers at the highest levels of quality, integrity and diversity.

JORDAN BAYNE // THE FILM3 OG

Jordan Bayne is a visionary force in the entertainment industry, seamlessly blending her talents as an actor, writer, filmmaker, and creative technologist. She launched her acting career alongside Martin Sheen in A Stranger in the Kingdom and starred in critically acclaimed series such as Showtime’s Poltergeist: The Legacy and Law & Order. On stage, she performed alongside James Gandolfini and Marisa Tomei in Naked Angels’ Summerwinds. As a filmmaker, Bayne’s work has earned accolades, including her Oscar-contending short film The Sea Is All I Know starring Academy Award winner Melissa Leo. In 2021, Bayne founded The Squad to pioneer Web3’s potential in filmmaking, coining her concept “Film3” in 2022. Film3 redefines cinema by leveraging blockchain, creator-owned IP, and community-driven funding through distribution to democratize the industry. A recognized leader in the space, Bayne has spoken on Film3 globally, including Cannes, NFCSummit, NAB and the Italian Ministry of Culture’s Producers Summit. Her groundbreaking career continues to inspire the future of filmmaking, championing innovation, equity, and underrepresented voices.
